अग्निकार्यं स कृत्वा तु नागराजसुतां तदा परहसन्न इव कौन्तेय इदं वचनम अब्रवीत ॥ १-२०६-१६ ॥
'And Agni was greatly pleased with Arjuna for the fearless devotion with which the hero poured libations into his manifest form. After completing his rituals before the fire, the son of Kunti beheld the daughter of the king of the Nagas and addressed her with a smile.' ॥ 1-206-16 ॥
