अवाप्य दिव्यान्य अस्त्राणि गुर्वर्थे सव्यसाचिना निवातकवचैर युद्धं हिरण्यपुरवासिभिः ॥ १-२-१२१ ॥
' Subsequently, the narrative unfolds the encounter of the Pandavas with Vaisravana (Kuvera), followed by their rendezvous with Arjuna, who, having procured numerous celestial weapons for Yudhishthira, engaged in a formidable battle with the formidable Nivatakavachas residing in Hiranyaparva.' ॥ 1-2-121 ॥

'The gathering of Partha (Arjuna) with his brothers at Gandhamadana resonated with the clamor of royal chariots, accompanied by celestial melodies performed by the Gandharvas, in the very place where the valiant Kirata engaged in battle.' ॥ 1-2-122 ॥
