[धृ] अहम अप्य एवम एवैतच चिन्तयामि यथा युवाम विवेक्तुं नाहम इच्छामि तव आकरं विदुरं परति ॥ १-१९३-१ ॥
'Vaisampayana continued, 'Dhritarashtra replied, I too think the same way as both of you. "I do not wish to go against the wisdom of Vidura in this matter."' ॥ 1-193-1 ॥
english translation
[dhR] ahama apya evama evaitaca cintayAmi yathA yuvAma vivektuM nAhama icchAmi tava AkaraM viduraM parati ॥ 1-193-1 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअतस तेषां गुणान एव कीर्तयामि विशेषतः नावबुध्येत विदुरॊ ममाभिप्रायम इङ्गितैः ॥ १-१९३-२ ॥
'Therefore, my son, I praised the Pandavas in Vidura's presence to ensure that he remains unaware of my true intentions, not even suspecting them.' ॥ 1-193-2 ॥
english translation
atasa teSAM guNAna eva kIrtayAmi vizeSataH nAvabudhyeta vidurò mamAbhiprAyama iGgitaiH ॥ 1-193-2 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयच च तवं मन्यसे पराप्तं तद बरूहि तवं सुयॊधन राधेय मन्यसे तवं च यत पराप्तं तद बरवीहि मे ॥ १-१९३-३ ॥
'Now that Vidura has departed, O Suyodhana (Duryodhana), this is the moment for you to tell me your thoughts, and you too, O Radheya (Karna), share what you have conceived.' ॥ 1-193-3 ॥

yaca ca tavaM manyase parAptaM tada barUhi tavaM suyòdhana rAdheya manyase tavaM ca yata parAptaM tada baravIhi me ॥ 1-193-3 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscript[दुर] अद्य तान कुशलैर विप्रैः सुकृतैर आप्तकारिभिः कुन्तीपुत्रान भेदयामॊ माद्रीपुत्रौ च पाण्डवौ ॥ १-१९३-४ ॥
'Duryodhana said, 'Let us, O father, use trusted, skilled, and cunning Brahmins to sow discord between the sons of Kunti and Madri.' ॥ 1-193-4 ॥

[dura] adya tAna kuzalaira vipraiH sukRtaira AptakAribhiH kuntIputrAna bhedayAmò mAdrIputrau ca pANDavau ॥ 1-193-4 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअथ वा दरुपदॊ राजा महद्भिर वित्तसंचयैः पुत्राश चास्य परलॊभ्यन्ताम अमात्याश चैव सर्वशः ॥ १-१९३-५ ॥
'Alternatively, let us shower King Drupada, his sons, and all his ministers with abundant wealth, so that they may forsake Yudhishthira's cause.' ॥ 1-193-5 ॥
