अध्यात्मयॊगनिद्रां च पद्मनाभस्य सेवतः युगादि कालशयनं विष्णॊर अमिततेजसः ॥ १-१९-१३ ॥

sanskrit

'It becomes the bed of the lotus-navel Vishnu when at the termination of every Yuga that deity of immeasurable power enjoys yoga-nidra, the deep sleep under the spell of spiritual meditation.' ॥ 1-19-13 ॥

english translation

adhyAtmayòganidrAM ca padmanAbhasya sevataH yugAdi kAlazayanaM viSNòra amitatejasaH ॥ 1-19-13 ॥
