[वै] ततः परयाताः कुरुपुंगवास ते; पुरॊहितं तं परथमं परयाप्य आस्थाय यानानि महान्ति तानि; कुन्ती च कृष्णा च सहैव याते ॥ १-१८६-३ ॥
'Vaisampayana continued, 'Then those stalwarts among the Kurus dismissed the priest and had Kunti and Krishna ride together in one of those chariots. They themselves ascended those magnificent vehicles and proceeded towards Drupada's residence.'' ॥ 1-186-3 ॥
