अर्जुनेन परयुक्तांस तान बाणान वेगवतस तदा परतिहत्य ननादॊच्चैः सैन्यास तम अभिपूजयन ॥ १-१८१-१४ ॥

'Karna repelled those swift arrows shot by Arjuna, and roared loudly in triumph, while the warriors praised him enthusiastically.' ॥ 1-181-14 ॥

arjunena parayuktAMsa tAna bANAna vegavatasa tadA paratihatya nanAdòccaiH sainyAsa tama abhipUjayana ॥ 1-181-14 ॥
