शब्दं तेषां स शुश्राव नदीं समुपसर्पताम तेन शब्देन चाविष्टश चुक्रॊध बलवद बली ।। १-१५८-५ ।।

sanskrit

'The king of the Gandharvas heard the footsteps of the Pandavas as they approached the river. Enraged by the sound of their approach, the mighty Gandharva, inflamed with wrath.' ।। 1-158-5 ।।

english translation

zabdaM teSAM sa zuzrAva nadIM samupasarpatAma tena zabdena cAviSTaza cukròdha balavada balI || 1-158-5 ||
