कथं परसुतस्यार्थे सवसुतं तयक्तुम इच्छसि लॊकवृत्ति विरुद्धं वै पुत्र तयागात कृतं तवया ।। १-१५०-६ ।।

sanskrit

'Why, mother, would you sacrifice your own child for the sake of another's? By abandoning your child, you have not only acted against human norms but also violated the teachings of the Vedas.' ।। 1-150-6 ।।

english translation

kathaM parasutasyArthe savasutaM tayaktuma icchasi lòkavRtti viruddhaM vai putra tayAgAta kRtaM tavayA || 1-150-6 ||
