ततॊ रङ्गाङ्गण गतॊ दरॊणॊ वचनम अब्रवीत निवार्य वादित्रगणं महामेघसमस्वनम ॥ १-१२५-६ ॥
'And then Drona himself entered the arena, commanded the musicians to stop, and with a voice as deep as thunder, spoke these words.' ॥ 1-125-6 ॥
english translation
यॊ मे पुत्रात परियतरः सर्वास्त्रविदुषां वरः ऐन्द्रिर इन्द्रानुज समः स पार्थॊ दृश्यताम इति ॥ १-१२५-७ ॥
'Behold now that Partha, who is dearer to me than my son, the master of all weapons, the son of Indra himself, and equal to Indra's younger brother, Vishnu!' ॥ 1-125-7 ॥

आचार्य वचनेनाथ कृतस्वस्त्ययनॊ युवा बद्धगॊधाङ्गुलि तराणः पूर्णतूणः सकार्मुकः ॥ १-१२५-८ ॥
'And having performed the propitiatory rites, the youthful Phalguna, equipped with finger protectors, a full quiver of arrows, and his bow in hand.' ॥ 1-125-8 ॥

काञ्चनं कवचं बिभ्रत परत्यदृश्यत फल्गुनः सार्कः सेन्द्रायुध तडित ससंध्य इव तॊयदः ॥ १-१२५-९ ॥
'Donning his golden armor, Arjuna appeared in the arena like an evening cloud reflecting the rays of the setting sun, illuminated by the hues of the rainbow and flashes of lightning.' ॥ 1-125-9 ॥

ततः सर्वस्य रङ्गस्य समुत्पिञ्जॊ ऽभवन महान परवाद्यन्त च वाद्यानि सशङ्खानि समन्ततः ॥ १-१२५-१० ॥
'Upon seeing Arjuna, the entire assembly rejoiced, and conch shells began to resound all around, accompanied by other musical instruments.' ॥ 1-125-10 ॥
