[वै] कुरुराजे च रङ्गस्थे भीमे च बलिनां वरे पक्षपात कृतस्नेहः स दविधेवाभवज जनः ।। १-१२५-१ ।।

sanskrit

'Vaisampayana said, "O king of the Kurus, and O foremost among mighty warriors, Bhima, amid the arena, became a source of joy for all. People were divided into two factions, each expressing love and support for one of the two."' ।। 1-125-1 ।।

english translation

[vai] kururAje ca raGgasthe bhIme ca balinAM vare pakSapAta kRtasnehaH sa davidhevAbhavaja janaH || 1-125-1 ||
