अथैनम आनीय तदा सवयम एव सुसत्कृतम परिपप्रच्छ निपुणं भीष्मः शस्त्रभृतां वरः हेतुम आगमने तस्य दरॊणः सर्वं नयवेदयत ॥ १-१२२-२३ ॥
'Then, bringing Drona himself, who was already well-received, Bhishma, the best among wielders of weapons, questioned the proficient one in detail. Drona explained everything regarding his arrival.' ॥ 1-122-23 ॥
