एवम उक्ता ततः शक्रम आजुहाव यशस्विनी अथाजगाम देवेन्द्रॊ जनयाम आस चार्जुनम ।। १-११४-२७ ।।

sanskrit

'Vaisampayana continued, 'Responding to her husband's words, the renowned Kunti invoked Indra, the king of the gods. He then approached her and fathered the one who would later be known as Arjuna.' ।। 1-114-27 ।।

english translation

evama uktA tataH zakrama AjuhAva yazasvinI athAjagAma devendrò janayAma Asa cArjunama || 1-114-27 ||
