यदि आवां महाप्राज्ञ तयक्ष्यसि तवं विशां पते अद्यैवावां परहास्यावॊ जीतिवं नात्र संशयः ॥ १-११०-२८ ॥

'If, O wise lord of men, you ask us to forsake, then today itself, we shall renounce all indulgences. There is no doubt that we will lead a life of self-control from now onwards.' ॥ 1-110-28 ॥

yadi AvAM mahAprAjJa tayakSyasi tavaM vizAM pate adyaivAvAM parahAsyAvò jItivaM nAtra saMzayaH ॥ 1-110-28 ॥
