न चाप्य अवहसन कं चिन न कुर्वन भरुकुटीं कव चित परसन्नवदनॊ नित्यं सर्वभूतहिते रतः ॥ १-११०-१० ॥
'I will not seek blessings or obeisance. I will maintain peace with everyone and decline offerings. I will not ridicule anyone nor will I furrow my brow, but I will remain cheerful and dedicated to the welfare of all creatures.' ॥ 1-110-10 ॥
