शशाप तं ततः करुद्ध एवम उक्तॊ बृहस्पतिः उतथ्य पुत्रं गर्भस्थं निर्भर्त्स्य भगवान ऋषिः ।। १-९८-१४ ।।

sanskrit

'O illustrious one, the space is limited. I have occupied it first. Your seed cannot be wasted. It is not appropriate for you to trouble me." Despite these words from the child in the womb, Vrihaspati did not heed them.' ।। 1-98-14 ।।

english translation

zazApa taM tataH karuddha evama uktò bRhaspatiH utathya putraM garbhasthaM nirbhartsya bhagavAna RSiH || 1-98-14 ||
