तत्राभवत तदा राजन बरह्मक्षत्रेण संगतम बराह्मणा मानवास तेषां साङ्गं वेदम अदीधरन ।। १-७०-१२ ।।

sanskrit

'Subsequently, O monarch, the Brahmanas became united with the Kshatriyas. And those sons of Manu that were Brahmanas devoted themselves to the study of the Vedas.' ।। 1-70-12 ।।

english translation

tatrAbhavata tadA rAjana barahmakSatreNa saMgatama barAhmaNA mAnavAsa teSAM sAGgaM vedama adIdharana || 1-70-12 ||
