एवम अस्त्व इति तं वह्निः परत्युवाच पितामहम जगाम शासनं कर्तुं देवस्य परमेष्ठिनः ॥ १-७-२३ ॥

'Then Agni replied to the Grandfather, 'So be it.' And he then went away to obey the command of the supreme Lord.'॥ 1-7-23 ॥
