मगधेषु जयत्सेनः शरीमान आसीत स पार्थिवः अष्टानां परवरस तेषां कालेयानां महासुरः ॥ १-६१-४६ ॥
'In Magadha, the victorious and illustrious King Jayatsena, Was the foremost among the eight sons, the great demon Kaleyana.' ॥ 1-61-46 ॥
english translation
दवितीयस तु ततस तेषां शरीमान हरिहयॊपमः अपराजित इत्य एव स बभूव नराधिपः ॥ १-६१-४७ ॥
'The second of them, in prowess, like Indra, became noted on earth as Aparajita.' ॥ 1-61-47 ॥

तृतीयस तु महाराज महाबाहुर महासुरः निषादाधिपतिर जज्ञे भुवि भीमपराक्रमः ॥ १-६१-४८ ॥
'The third of them, endued with great energy and power of producing deception, was born on earth as the king of the Nishadas gifted with great prowess.' ॥ 1-61-48 ॥

तेषाम अन्यतमॊ यस तु चतुर्थः परिकीर्तितः शरेणिमान इति विख्यातः कषितौ राजर्षिसत्तमः ॥ १-६१-४९ ॥
'That other amongst them who was known as the fourth was noted on earth as Srenimat, that best of royal sages.' ॥ 1-61-49 ॥

पञ्चमस तु बभूवैषां परवरॊ यॊ महासुरः महौजा इति विख्यातॊ बभूवेह परंतपः ॥ १-६१-५० ॥
'That great Asura amongst them who was the fifth, became noted on earth as king Mahanjas, the oppressor of enemies.' ॥ 1-61-50 ॥
