ततस तव ऐरावतं नागं जज्ञे भद्र मना सुतम ऐरावतः सुतस तस्या देव नागॊ महागजः ॥ १-६०-६१ ॥
'And Bhadramana begot the celestial elephants, Airavata. The splendid and virtuous elephant, the divine elephant, the great elephant.' ॥ 1-60-61 ॥

tatasa tava airAvataM nAgaM jajJe bhadra manA sutama airAvataH sutasa tasyA deva nAgò mahAgajaH ॥ 1-60-61 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptहर्याश च हरयॊ ऽपत्यं वानराश च तरस्विनः गॊलाङ्गूलांश च भद्रं ते हर्याः पुत्रान परचक्षते ॥ १-६०-६२ ॥
'The progeny of Hari encompasses all varieties of the simian species, known for their remarkable agility, as well as all horses. Additionally, the unique species known as Go-langula, characterized by their cow-like tails, are recognized as descendants of Hari.' ॥ 1-60-62 ॥

'And Sarduli begot lions and tigers in numbers, and also leopards and all other strong animals.' ॥ 1-60-63 ॥

parajajJe tava atha zArdUlI siMhAna vayAghrAMza ca bhArata davIpinaza ca mahAbhAga sarvAna eva na saMzayaH ॥ 1-60-63 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमातङ्ग्यास तव अथ मातङ्गा अपत्यानि नराधिप दिशागजं तु शवेताख्यं शवेताजनयद आशुगम ॥ १-६०-६४ ॥
'And, O king, the elephants are the offspring of Matangi. Sweta, endowed with great speed, gave birth to the large elephant known by the name of Sweta.' ॥ 1-60-64 ॥

mAtaGgyAsa tava atha mAtaGgA apatyAni narAdhipa dizAgajaM tu zavetAkhyaM zavetAjanayada Azugama ॥ 1-60-64 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतथा दुहितरौ राजन सुरभिर वै वयजायत रॊहिणीं चैव भद्रं ते गन्धर्वीं च यशस्विनीम रॊहिण्यां जज्ञिरे गावॊ गन्धर्व्यां वाजिनः सुताः ॥ १-६०-६५ ॥
'O King, Surabhi, the divine bovine, brought forth two daughters: the beloved Rohini and the renowned Gandharvi. Moreover, Bharata, she was blessed with two additional daughters, Vimala and Anala. From Rohini descended all cattle, while from Gandharvi originated all breeds of horses.' ॥ 1-60-65 ॥
