परक्ष्यामि चैव भूयस तवां यथावत सूतनन्दन यां कथां वयास संपन्नां तां च भूयः परचक्ष्व मे ॥ १-५३-२८ ॥
'Saunaka said, 'O son, you have narrated to me this extensive and great history that begins with the progeny of Bhrigu. O son of Suta, I am greatly pleased with your narration. I request you once again to recount to me, O son of a Suta, the history composed by Vyasa.' ॥ 1-53-28 ॥
