षड वर्गविन महाबुद्धिर नीतिधर्मविद उत्तमः परजा इमास तव पिता षष्टिं वर्षाण्य अपालयत ततॊ दिष्टान्तम आपन्नः सर्पेणानतिवर्तितम ।। १-४५-१५ ।।

sanskrit

'The conqueror of his six passions of powerful mind, surpassing all, and fully acquainted with the science of morality and political science, the father had ruled over these subjects for sixty years. And he then died, mourned by all his subjects.' ।। 1-45-15 ।।

english translation

SaDa vargavina mahAbuddhira nItidharmavida uttamaH parajA imAsa tava pitA SaSTiM varSANya apAlayata tatò diSTAntama ApannaH sarpeNAnativartitama || 1-45-15 ||
