भरिष्यामि च ते भार्यां परतीच्छेमां दविजॊत्तम रक्षणं च करिष्ये ऽसयाः सर्वशक्त्या तपॊधन ।। १-४३-२ ।।

sanskrit

'I will look after your wife; please accept her. O possessor of ascetic wealth, I am committed to safeguarding her to the best of my abilities. O eminent sage among the great Munis, she has been nurtured by me for you.' ।। 1-43-2 ।।

english translation

bhariSyAmi ca te bhAryAM paratIcchemAM davijòttama rakSaNaM ca kariSye 'sayAH sarvazaktyA tapòdhana || 1-43-2 ||
