स चिन्तयाम आस तदा मायायॊगेन पार्थिवः मया वञ्चयितव्यॊ ऽसौ क उपायॊ भवेद इति ॥ १-३९-२२ ॥

'Sauti continued, 'In response, the snake pondered, 'I must deceive the king using the power of illusion. Now, what should be the means?' ॥ 1-39-22 ॥
