[बर] परीतॊ ऽसम्य अनेन ते शेषदमेन परशमेन च तवया तव इदं वचः कार्यं मन्नियॊगात परजाहितम ॥ १-३२-१८ ॥
'Brahman said, 'O Sesha, I am highly pleased with your self-denial and love for peace. However, I request you to perform this action at my command for the welfare of my creatures.'" ॥ 1-32-18 ॥
