कामं नैतत परशंसन्ति सन्तः सवबलसंस्तवम गुणसंकीर्तनं चापि सवयम एव शतक्रतॊ ॥ १-३०-२ ॥
'O thou of a thousand sacrifices, the good never approve of speaking highly of their strength, nor do they speak of their own merits.' ॥ 1-30-2 ॥
