अर्थलुब्धान न वः पार्थॊ मन्यते सात्वतान सदा सवयंवरम अनाधृष्यं मन्यते चापि पाण्डवः ॥ १-२१३-३ ॥

sanskrit

'Indeed, he has rather increased our respect. Partha knows that we of the Satwata race are never driven by greed. The son of Pandu also considers self-choice as uncertain in its outcomes.' ॥ 1-213-3 ॥

english translation

arthalubdhAna na vaH pArthò manyate sAtvatAna sadA savayaMvarama anAdhRSyaM manyate cApi pANDavaH ॥ 1-213-3 ॥
