अलंकृता दवारका तु बभूव जनमेजय कुन्तीसुतस्य पूजार्थम अपि निष्कुटकेष्व अपि ॥ १-२१०-१६ ॥
'And, O Janamejaya, Dwaraka was adorned in honor of the son of Kunti, with every garden and house within it beautifully decorated.' ॥ 1-210-16 ॥

alaMkRtA davArakA tu babhUva janamejaya kuntIsutasya pUjArthama api niSkuTakeSva api ॥ 1-210-16 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदिदृक्षवश च कौन्तेयं दवारकावासिनॊ जनाः नरेन्द्रमार्गम आजग्मुस तूर्णं शतसहस्रशः ॥ १-२१०-१७ ॥
'The citizens of Dwaraka, eager to see the son of Kunti, thronged into the public thoroughfares in hundreds of thousands.' ॥ 1-210-17 ॥

didRkSavaza ca kaunteyaM davArakAvAsinò janAH narendramArgama Ajagmusa tUrNaM zatasahasrazaH ॥ 1-210-17 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअवलॊकेषु नारीणां सहस्राणि शतानि च भॊजवृष्ण्यन्धकानां च समवायॊ महान अभूत ॥ १-२१०-१८ ॥
'In the public squares and thoroughfares, hundreds and thousands of women joined with the men, swelling the great crowd of the Bhojas, Vrishnis, and Andhakas that had gathered there.' ॥ 1-210-18 ॥

avalòkeSu nArINAM sahasrANi zatAni ca bhòjavRSNyandhakAnAM ca samavAyò mahAna abhUta ॥ 1-210-18 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस तथा सत्कृतः सर्वैर भॊजवृष्ण्यन्धकात्मजैः अभिवाद्याभिवाद्यांश च सूर्यैश च परतिनन्दितः ॥ १-२१०-१९ ॥
'Arjuna was warmly welcomed by all the sons of the Bhojas, Vrishnis, and Andhakas. In return, he respectfully worshipped those deserving of his reverence and received their blessings.' ॥ 1-210-19 ॥

sa tathA satkRtaH sarvaira bhòjavRSNyandhakAtmajaiH abhivAdyAbhivAdyAMza ca sUryaiza ca paratinanditaH ॥ 1-210-19 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकुमारैः सर्वशॊ वीरः सत्करेणाभिवादितः समानवयसः सर्वान आश्लिष्य स पुनः पुनः ॥ १-२१०-२० ॥
'The hero was warmly welcomed by all the young men of the Yadava tribe. He embraced those of his own age repeatedly and affectionately.' ॥ 1-210-20 ॥
