दरौपदी हरणं पर्व सैन्धवेन वनात ततः कुण्डलाहरणं पर्व ततः परम इहॊच्यते ॥ १-२-४७ ॥
'Then Draupadi-harana (the abduction of Draupadi), Jayadratha-bimoksana (the release of Jayadratha). Then the story of 'Savitri' illustrates the great merit of connubial chastity. आरणेयं ततः पर्व वैराटं तदनन्तरम कीचकानां वधः पर्व पर्व गॊग्रहणं ततः ॥ १-२-४८ ॥
