शरीरं वासुदेवस्य रामस्य च महात्मनः संस्कारं लम्भयाम आस वृष्णीनां च परधानतः ॥ १-२-२२५ ॥

' Subsequently, he orchestrated the funeral rites for the venerable Krishna and Balarama, as well as for the prominent members of the esteemed Vrishni lineage.' ॥ 1-2-225 ॥
