यथा वैश्रवणे भद्रा वसिष्ठे चाप्य अरुन्धती यथा नारायणे लक्ष्मीस तथा तवं भव भर्तृषु ॥ १-१९१-६ ॥

'Just as Arundhati is to the sage Vashishtha, and just as Lakshmi is to Narayana, so may you be to your husband.' ॥ 1-191-6 ॥

yathA vaizravaNe bhadrA vasiSThe cApya arundhatI yathA nArAyaNe lakSmIsa tathA tavaM bhava bhartRSu ॥ 1-191-6 ॥

जीवसूर वीरसूर भद्रे बहु सौख्य समन्विता सुभगा भॊगसंपन्ना यज्ञपत्नी सवनुव्रता ॥ १-१९१-७ ॥

'O beloved one, may you be the mother of long-lived and heroic children, and possess all that brings you happiness! May luck and prosperity always accompany you! Devote yourself to husbands engaged in grand sacrifices.' ॥ 1-191-7 ॥

'Be devoted to your husbands, and may your days be spent in diligently welcoming and honoring guests, strangers, the righteous, the elderly, children, and elders alike.' ॥ 1-191-8 ॥

'In the chief nations and cities of the Kuru and Jangala lands, anoint him as a king devoted to righteousness and virtue.' ॥ 1-191-9 ॥

'O daughter, let the entire earth, conquered by the prowess of your husbands endowed with great strength, be gifted by you to Brahmanas during horse sacrifices!' ॥ 1-191-10 ॥
