ततः समाधाय स वेदपारगॊ; जुहाव मन्त्रैर जवलितं हुताशनम युधिष्ठिरं चाप्य उपनीय मन्त्रविन; नियॊजयाम आस सहैव कृष्णया ॥ १-१९०-११ ॥
'Dhaumya, proficient in the Vedas, ignited the sacred fire and with appropriate mantras, poured clarified butter into its blazing flames. Then, summoning Yudhishthira, Dhaumya conducted the marriage ceremony uniting him with Krishna.' ॥ 1-190-11 ॥

tataH samAdhAya sa vedapAragò; juhAva mantraira javalitaM hutAzanama yudhiSThiraM cApya upanIya mantravina; niyòjayAma Asa sahaiva kRSNayA ॥ 1-190-11 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपरदक्षिणं तौ परगृहीतपाणी; समानयाम आस स वेदपारगः ततॊ ऽभयनुज्ञाय तम आजिशॊभिनं; पुरॊहितॊ राजगृहाद विनिर्ययौ ॥ १-१९०-१२ ॥
'Walking around the sacred fire, the bridegroom and the bride clasped each other's hands. Once their union was solemnized, the priest Dhaumya, bidding farewell to Yudhishthira, the illustrious warrior, departed from the palace.' ॥ 1-190-12 ॥

'Then those mighty chariot-warriors, the perpetuators of the Kuru lineage, those princes adorned in splendid attire, took the hand of that best of women day by day in succession, assisted by the priest.' ॥ 1-190-13 ॥

karameNa cAnena narAdhipAtmajA; varastriyAsa te jagRhusa tadA karama ahanya ahanya uttamarUpadhAriNò; mahArathAH kauravavaMzavardhanAH ॥ 1-190-13 ॥

'O king, the celestial Rishi informed me of a truly remarkable and extraordinary aspect regarding these weddings: that the illustrious princess, with her slender waist, regained her virginity each day after the previous marriage.' ॥ 1-190-14 ॥

idaM ca tatrAdbhuta rUpama uttamaM; jagAda viprarSira atItamAnuSama mahAnubhAvA kila sA sumadhyamA; babhUva kanyaiva gate gate 'hani ॥ 1-190-14 ॥

'After the weddings were completed, King Drupada bestowed various kinds of excellent wealth upon those mighty car-warriors. He gave them one hundred chariots, each adorned with golden standards, and drawn by four steeds with golden bridles.' ॥ 1-190-15 ॥
