[दूत] जन्यार्थम अन्नं दरुपदेन राज्ञा; विवाह हेतॊर उपसंस्कृतं च तद आप्नुवध्वं कृतसर्वकार्याः; कृष्णा च तत्रैव चिरं न कार्यम ॥ १-१८६-१ ॥
'Vaisampayana continued, 'The messenger said, 'King Drupada has prepared a sumptuous feast in honor of his daughter's nuptials. After completing your daily rituals, come without delay to partake in it. Krishna's wedding will also be solemnized there. Waste no time.'' ॥ 1-186-1 ॥
