मुहूर्तमात्रं तव अनुचिन्त्य राजा; युधिष्ठिरॊ मातरम उत्तमौजा कुन्तीं समाश्वास्य कुरुप्रवीरॊ; धनंजयं वाक्यम इदं बभाषे ।। १-१८२-६ ।।

sanskrit

'Vaisampayana continued, "Thus addressed by his mother, that hero among men, the foremost scion of the Kuru race, the intelligent king Yudhishthira, reflected for a moment and consoled Kunti saying, "Mother, the best among women, I will speak to Dhananjaya (Arjuna) about this."' ।। 1-182-6 ।।

'Addressing Dhananjaya, he said, 'O Phalguna, it is through you that Yajnaseni has been won. Therefore, it is proper that you should marry her. O vanquisher of all foes, perform the sacred rites and take her hand.'' ।। 1-182-7 ।।

'Arjuna, upon hearing this, replied, "O king, do not make me a participant in sin. Your command does not align with virtue; it is the path of the sinful. You should wed first, and then the strong-armed Bhima, capable of unimaginable feats.' ।। 1-182-8 ।।
