ततॊ भीमः समुत्क्षिप्य बाहुभ्यां शल्यम आहवे नयवधीद बलिनां शरेष्ठॊ जहसुर बराह्मणास ततः ॥ १-१८१-२४ ॥

'They clashed with blows as powerful as the collision of two masses of granite, resonating through the arena with the sounds of their combat.' ॥ 1-181-24 ॥

english translation

tatò bhImaH samutkSipya bAhubhyAM zalyama Ahave nayavadhIda balinAM zareSThò jahasura barAhmaNAsa tataH ॥ 1-181-24 ॥
