वेत्रकीय गृहे राजा नायं नयम इहास्थितः अनामयं जनस्यास्य येन सयाद अद्य शाश्वतम ।। १-१४८-९ ।।

'In this realm lies a city named Vetrakiya, where the ruler of these lands resides. He lacks the knowledge of governance and doesn't diligently pursue measures to ensure the lasting safety of these territories.' ।। 1-148-9 ।।

english translation

vetrakIya gRhe rAjA nAyaM nayama ihAsthitaH anAmayaM janasyAsya yena sayAda adya zAzvatama || 1-148-9 ||
