ततः समाप्तभूयिष्ठे तस्मिन कर्माणि भारत मन्दी भूते समाजे च वादित्रस्य च निस्वने ॥ १-१२५-२६ ॥

'And, O Bharata, as the exhibition neared its end, the fervor of the spectators subsided, and the instruments' melodies faded.' ॥ 1-125-26 ॥

english translation

tataH samAptabhUyiSThe tasmina karmANi bhArata mandI bhUte samAje ca vAditrasya ca nisvane ॥ 1-125-26 ॥
