वेत्स्यामीषीकया वीटां ताम इषीकाम अथान्यया ताम अन्यया समायॊगॊ वीटाया गरहणे मम ।। १-१२२-१७ ।।

sanskrit

'Behold these blades of grass, which possess virtues that other weapons do not! I will pierce the ball with one of these blades, then pierce that blade with another, and that one with a third. In this way, I shall create a chain to retrieve the ball.' ।। 1-122-17 ।।

english translation

vetsyAmISIkayA vITAM tAma iSIkAma athAnyayA tAma anyayA samAyògò vITAyA garahaNe mama || 1-122-17 ||
