नाल्पधीर नामहा भागस तथानानास्त्र कॊविदः नादेव सत्त्वॊ विनयेत कुरून अस्त्रे महाबलान ॥ १-१२१-२ ॥

'Deciding, O chief of the Bharatas, that none but those possessed of great intelligence, illustrious mastery in the science of arms, and godlike might should be the instructors of the Kuru princes.' ॥ 1-121-2 ॥

english translation

nAlpadhIra nAmahA bhAgasa tathAnAnAstra kòvidaH nAdeva sattvò vinayeta kurUna astre mahAbalAna ॥ 1-121-2 ॥
