sanskrit

'Having fed thousands of Kurus and eminent Brahmins, and having given heaps of jewels and also the best villages to the foremost of the twice-born.' ।। 1-119-2 ।।

english translation

kurUMza ca vipramukhyAMza ca bhòjayitvA sahasrazaH ratnaughAna davijamukhyebhyò dattvA garAmavarAna api || 1-119-2 ||
