[व] पाण्डॊर अवभृथं कृत्वा देवकल्पा महर्षयः ततॊ मन्त्रम अकुर्वन्त ते समेत्य तपस्विनः ॥ १-११७-१ ॥

sanskrit

'Creating a divine pyre for Pandu, the great sages then performed the funeral rites. After that, they conducted the appropriate rituals along with the ascetics.' ॥ 1-117-1 ॥

english translation

[va] pANDòra avabhRthaM kRtvA devakalpA maharSayaH tatò mantrama akurvanta te sametya tapasvinaH ॥ 1-117-1 ॥
