देहनाशे धरुवॊ नाशः पितॄणाम एष निश्चयः इह तस्मात परजा हेतॊः परजायन्ते नरॊत्तमाः ॥ १-१११-१६ ॥

sanskrit

'The noblest of men are born in this world to fulfill that obligation by begetting children. Thus, I ask you, should children be born from my seed, as I myself was born from the seed of my father by the eminent sage?' ॥ 1-111-16 ॥

english translation

dehanAze dharuvò nAzaH pitRRNAma eSa nizcayaH iha tasmAta parajA hetòH parajAyante naròttamAH ॥ 1-111-16 ॥
