उग्रॊ भीम रथॊ वीरॊ वीरबाहुर अलॊलुपः अभयॊ रौद्रकर्मा च तथा दृढरथस तरयः ॥ १-१०८-१२ ॥
'Fierce Bhima, with his powerful chariot, valiant Veerabahu, unstoppable, Fearless, with actions as fierce as Rudra, and resolute charioteer Dridharatha.' ॥ 1-108-12 ॥

अनाधृष्यः कुण्ड भेदी विरावी दीर्घलॊचनः दीर्घबाहुर महाबाहुर वयूढॊरुर कनकध्वजः ॥ १-१०८-१३ ॥
'Invisible, able to pierce mountains, courageous with long eyes, With long arms, mighty arms, shoulders like a lion, and a golden flag.' ॥ 1-108-13 ॥

कुण्डाशी विरजाश चैव दुःशला च शताधिका एतद एकशतं राजन कन्या चैका परकीर्तिता ॥ १-१०८-१४ ॥
'A hundred pots of rice and lentils, and more than a hundred difficult tasks, O king, these are the one hundred challenges and the maiden renowned.' ॥ 1-108-14 ॥

नामधेयानुपूर्व्येण विद्धि जन्म करमं नृप सर्वे तव अतिरथाः शूराः सर्वे युद्धविशारदाः ॥ १-१०८-१५ ॥
'Know, O king, that your birth and deeds are unparalleled, All your charioteers are mighty, all are skilled in battle.' ॥ 1-108-15 ॥
