मन्वादि भारतं के चिद आस्तीकादि तथापरे तथॊपरिचराद्य अन्ये विप्राः सम्यग अधीयते ॥ १-१-५०॥

' Some read the Bharata beginning with the initial mantra (invocation), others with the story of Astika, others with Uparichara, while some Brahmanas study the whole.' ॥ 1-1-50 ॥

manvAdi bhArataM ke cida AstIkAdi tathApare tathòparicarAdya anye viprAH samyaga adhIyate ॥ 1-1-50॥
