एषा गौर उत्तमा देवि वारुणेर असितेक्षणे ऋषेस तस्य वरारॊहे यस्येदं वनम उत्तमम ॥ १-९३-१८ ॥

sanskrit

'This, O divine one, is the excellent cow of Varuna, the one with dark eyes. She is the desired cow of the sage whose hermitage is in this excellent forest.' ॥ 1-93-18 ॥

english translation

eSA gaura uttamA devi vAruNera asitekSaNe RSesa tasya varAròhe yasyedaM vanama uttamama ॥ 1-93-18 ॥
