भयं तु ते वयेतु विषादमॊहौ; तयजाशु देवेन्द्र समानरूप तवां वर्तमानं हि सतां सकाशे; नालं परसॊढुं बलहापि शक्रः ।। १-८३-११ ।।

sanskrit

'Let your fears vanish and your sorrows and distresses come to an end. You are among the virtuous and the wise now. Even Sakra, the vanquisher of Vala, cannot harm you here.' ।। 1-83-11 ।।

english translation

bhayaM tu te vayetu viSAdamòhau; tayajAzu devendra samAnarUpa tavAM vartamAnaM hi satAM sakAze; nAlaM parasòDhuM balahApi zakraH || 1-83-11 ||

सन्तः परतिष्ठा हि सुखच्युतानां; सतां सदैवामर राजकल्प ते संगताः सथवर जङ्गमेशाः; परतिष्ठितस तवं सदृशेषु सत्सु ।। १-८३-१२ ।।

sanskrit

'O valiant one, akin to the might of the celestial chief, the wise and virtuous serve as the pillar for those beset by sorrow. Here, gathered are only the wise and virtuous like yourself. Thus, dwell here in tranquility.' ।। 1-83-12 ।।

english translation

santaH paratiSThA hi sukhacyutAnAM; satAM sadaivAmara rAjakalpa te saMgatAH sathavara jaGgamezAH; paratiSThitasa tavaM sadRzeSu satsu || 1-83-12 ||

परभुर अग्निः परतपने भूमिर आवपने परभुः परभुः सूर्यः परकाशित्वे सतां चाभ्यागतः परभुः ।। १-८३-१३ ।।

'Fire possesses the unique power to generate heat, Earth uniquely endows seeds with life, and the Sun uniquely illuminates all. Similarly, the guest holds a unique place of honor among the virtuous and the wise.' ।। 1-83-13 ।।
