यश च कार्यार्थतत्त्वज्ञॊ जानमानॊ न भाषते सॊ ऽपि तेनैव पापेन लिप्यते नात्र संशयः ॥ १-७-४ ॥
'Likewise, one who, possessing complete knowledge of a matter, refrains from revealing the truth when questioned, is unquestionably burdened with guilt.'॥ 1-7-4 ॥
