न वर्णसंकरकरॊ नाकृष्य करकृज जनः न पापकृत कश चिद आसीत तस्मिन राजनि शासति ॥ १-६२-६ ॥
'Under his reign, there were no individuals of mixed castes, no cultivators of the soil as the land yielded produce naturally, no laborers in mines since the earth's surface provided abundantly, and no individuals engaged in sinful activities.' ॥ 1-62-6 ॥

धर्म्यां रतिं सेवमाना धर्मार्थाव अभिपेदिरे तदा नरा नरव्याघ्र तस्मिञ जनपदेश्वरे ॥ १-६२-७ ॥
'All were virtuous, and did everything from virtuous motives, O tiger among men.' ॥ 1-62-7 ॥
english translation
नासीच चॊरभयं तात न कषुधा भयम अण्व अपि नासीद वयाधिभयं चापि तस्मिञ जनपदेश्वरे ॥ १-६२-८ ॥
'In his kingdom, there was no fear of thieves, my child, nor the fear of hunger, not even the fear of disease; such was the state under the rule of that lord of the people.' ॥ 1-62-8 ॥

सवैर धर्मै रेमिरे वर्णा दैवे कर्मणि निःस्पृहाः तम आश्रित्य महीपालम आसंश चैवाकुतॊ भयाः ॥ १-६२-९ ॥
'The classes engaged in their duties, disinterested in divine acts, and under the protection of that ruler, they lived without any fear from any quarter.' ॥ 1-62-9 ॥

कालवर्षी च पर्जन्यः सस्यानि फलवन्ति च सर्वरत्नसमृद्धा च मही वसुमती तदा ॥ १-६२-१० ॥
'And Parjanya (Indra) poured showers at the proper time, and the produce of the fields was always pulpy and juicy.' ॥ 1-62-10 ॥
