मरीचेः कश्यपः पुत्रः कश्यपस्य सुरासुराः जज्ञिरे नृपशार्दूल लॊकानां परभवस तु सः ॥ १-६०-३३ ॥
'Marichi's son is Kasyapa, from whom originated both gods and Asuras. Hence, Kasyapa is recognized as the Father of the worlds.' ॥ 1-60-33 ॥
