इमं तु वंशं नियमेन यः पठेन; महात्मनां बराह्मणदेव संनिधौ अपत्यलाभं लभते स पुष्कलं; शरियं यशः परेत्य च शॊभनां गतिम ॥ १-५९-५४ ॥
'He who conscientiously reads this narration of the birth of noble beings in the presence of gods and Brahmanas acquires abundant offspring, good fortune, and renown, and ultimately attains to sublime realms in the hereafter.' ॥ 1-59-54 ॥
