तेन शापेन धर्मॊ ऽपि शूद्रयॊनाव अजायत विद्वान विदुर रूपेण धार्मी तनुर अकिल्बिषी ॥ १-५७-८१ ॥

'Hence, as a consequence of the curse, Dharma incarnated on Earth in the Sudra order, assuming the form of the erudite Vidura, possessing a pure body and impeccably free from sin' ॥ 1-57-81 ॥
